Utah Red Zone Shipping Information

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

PROCESSING TIME USUALLY TAKES 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF RUSH PERIODS DURING FOOTBALL SEASON, CHRISTMAS AND SEMESTER OPENING. PROCESSING DURING THESE TIMES MAY TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday before 3 pm. Saturday and Holiday deliveries require a special request. Overnight or 2 Business day shipping excludes Saturday and Sunday delivery. ALL shipping rates are estimates and dependent on actual items shipped, weight and destination. Contact us at 801-585-3234 for additional service or questions. Please add $1.50 for additional items (excluding decals). Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. MST will be processed the following business day. The Campus Store strives to process orders within 48 hours. Shipping times are based on in-stock items. Items that require transfers from one of our outlying Red Zone locations will ship upon delivery to the Campus Store at the requested shipping method. Transfers are normally done Mondays and Wednesdays. It this falls on a holiday, deliveries will be the following business day. When we are out of an item(s) this item(s) is backordered and will require partial shipping. If expedited shipping has been selected all items available will ship. Once we receive the backordered items these will ship via standard shipping, unless otherwise specified.
Once an order leaves our facility we have no control over the delivery. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Delivery delays due to inclement weather or the fault of the carrier is not the responsibility of the Campus Store Red Zone.

DECAL ONLY SHIPPING:

This option is for orders containing decals/stickers only. These will ship via USPS non-trackable First Class Mail.
Any orders with no DECALS/STICKERS or additional merchandise will be upgraded to Economy shipping at an additional cost.
Trackable and expedited options are available at additional shipping rates. Please email Campus Store-Orderfulfillment for rates.

ALASKA/HAWAII SHIPPING:

Expedited options are available for an additional cost. Please email Campus Store-Orderfulfillment for rates.

APO/FPO, PO Box SHIPPING:

Expedited options are not available for APO/FPO or PO box shipments.
Packages sent to APO/FPO and PO box addresses may require more time for processing at destination post office.

 APO/FPO and PO box addresses are not guaranteed to include tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

By placing an order, you agree to pay for any additional duties or fees imposed by the destination location. These can be 30%-150% of the total value of the merchandise. Please determine these costs before placing your order, as they can be higher than expected. Orders refused by recipient upon delivery will be considered an “abandoned package”, and ineligible for a refund. International shipping is not eligible for free shipping.

* Free economy shipping is valid in the contiguous US only (excludes Hawaii & Alaska) on purchases of $100 or more in the same order. You must enter the promo code 21FREESHIP at time of checkout. Free shipping applies to Economy 7-21 Business day shipments only. No adjustments on previous purchases. Not valid on international shipments. Free shipping is not valid on drop-ship items shipping directly from the vendor. Once an order leaves our facility we have no control over the delivery.
